The Rich Car is a more exposed sightseeing space, not a reclining luxury lounge or private suite. Standard cars offer a different relationship to weather while retaining the compact heritage-excursion scale.
Choose the carriage with conditions and the party's preferences in mind, especially when rain or cool air would affect enjoyment. The ride is brief, so comfort planning should also cover how you return and what you do at either end. Ask about wheelchair spaces or boarding assistance when needed. An ordinary rail return or a river activity is a separate transport choice, not an automatic extension of the train ticket.

Rich Car passengers may get wet in rain; the operator prohibits umbrellas onboard and recommends a raincoat.
